Greenside Landscapes have started Landscaping Works for Project Light, a residential development in South-East London
Project light is a major mixed-use development, located in Canada Water in Southwark, London. Once complete, it will house a new 100,000 square foot Decathlon store and 234 apartments for private rent. These works are the first phase of a larger regeneration plan for the area.
Between the four residential cores will sit a landscaped podium, acting as a shared space for all tenants. It is this area that Greenside will be responsible for and is one of the companies largest projects to date. The podium is split up into different sections including resin bound gravel walkways, planting beds, children’s play area and a Multi-Use Games Area.
Greenside are currently working on forming the right levels across the podium in preparation for the various different finished surfaces.
